THE COMMAND BRIEF - SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Terms

The Command Brief is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term commitment. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

To cancel:

  1. Log into your account at thedailyresolve.store
  2. Navigate to "Manage Subscriptions"
  3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Your cancellation is effective immediately

No explanation required. No questions asked. No retention offers.

Billing and Refunds

Monthly Billing:

  • You are billed on the same day each month (the date you originally subscribed)
  • Billing continues until you cancel your subscription
  • All charges are in USD

Refund Policy:

  • Command Brief subscriptions are non-refundable
  • You may cancel at any time to stop future billing
  • Cancellation must occur before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months

Example: If you subscribe on January 15th and cancel on February 10th, you will be charged for February (on February 15th) but not for March. You retain access through March 14th.

Access After Cancellation

Immediate Effect:

  • Cancellation stops all future billing immediately
  • You retain access to The Command Brief through the end of your current billing period
  • Archive access (all past issues) remains available until your paid period ends

After Your Paid Period Ends:

  • You will no longer receive monthly briefings
  • Archive access to past issues is removed
  • You will not be charged again

Example: If you cancel on February 10th but paid through March 14th, you'll continue receiving monthly briefings and can access all past issues until March 14th. On March 15th, access ends.

Reactivating Your Subscription

You may reactivate your subscription at any time by:

  1. Logging into your account
  2. Selecting "Reactivate Subscription"
  3. Confirming your payment method

Upon reactivation:

  • Billing resumes immediately at the current monthly rate ($27/month)
  • You regain access to the full archive of past issues
  • You receive the current month's briefing (if available) or the next month's briefing

There is no penalty for canceling and reactivating. Subscribe when you're in active deployment. Cancel when situations stabilize. Reactivate when needed.

Trial Subscriptions ($1 First Month)

Trial Terms:

  • $1 trial gives you access for your first 30 days
  • After 30 days, you are automatically charged $27/month unless you cancel
  • You may cancel during the trial period (before day 30) to avoid the $27 charge
  • The $1 trial payment is non-refundable

If you cancel during trial:

  • You retain access through the end of your trial period (30 days from signup)
  • You will not be charged $27/month
  • Your subscription ends after the trial period

If you forget to cancel:

  • You will be charged $27/month starting on day 31
  • This charge is non-refundable
  • You may cancel immediately after being charged to prevent future billing
  • You retain access through the end of the month you paid for

Failed Payments

If your payment method fails:

  • We will attempt to process payment 3 times over 7 days
  • You will receive email notification of failed payment
  • If all attempts fail, your subscription will be automatically canceled
  • You will lose access to The Command Brief and archive content
  • You may reactivate by updating your payment method

We do not:

  • Charge late fees
  • Report failed payments
  • Pursue collections for failed subscription payments

  • No cancellation penalties
  • No retention pressure
  • No hoops to jump through

You're in active spiritual warfare. We don't add operational warfare to your life.

Cancel when you need to. We'll be here when you need us again.

This cancellation policy is part of our Terms of Service. By subscribing to The Command Brief, you agree to these terms.

The Daily Resolve reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to subscriptions created after the change date. Existing subscriptions remain under the terms active at the time of subscription.
