Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how physical copies of The Daily Resolve are fulfilled and delivered.

Important: The Daily Resolve is primarily a digital product. Shipping applies only to customers who purchase a physical printed copy of the book.


1. Physical Book Fulfillment

All physical copies of The Daily Resolve are printed and fulfilled through our third-party print-on-demand partner(s)

Because books are printed on demand:

  • Each physical order is custom-produced after purchase

  • We do not hold inventory or pre-printed stock

  • Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified


2. Processing Time

Physical book orders typically enter production within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Production times may vary depending on:

  • Print volume

  • Seasonal demand

  • Supply chain availability

Production time is separate from shipping time.


3. Shipping Timeframes

After production is complete, books are shipped directly from Lulu’s printing facilities to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days after production

  • International: 10–20 business days after production

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Current carrier rates

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your physical book ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Returned or undeliverable shipments resulting from address issues

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your physical book arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery date.

At our discretion, we may:

  • Issue a replacement copy, or

  • Offer another resolution deemed appropriate

Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.


8. No Returns on Physical Books

All physical book sales are final once shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for physical books, as they are printed on demand and cannot be resold.

9. Digital Products

Digital products are not shipped.

All digital purchases of The Daily Resolve are delivered electronically via download links sent to the email address provided at checkout.
